TVI Recover Massage Gun Returns Policy 

At TVI we take great pride in the quality of our products, however if you are not

satisfied with your purchase please return the item, with the original receipt,

accessories and original packaging in accordance with this Returns Policy.

If you purchase the product directly from TVI, then you may return the

product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund based upon the

original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return and approve your refund, your refund

will be credited to the original form of payment.

• Please note if you did not purchase your product direct from TVI we can not accept your product return. Please go direct to the retailer you purchased your product from and they will apply their own refund policy.

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return your product.

• Return all products to Greenwood Offices, 1 Washford Close, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton on Tees, TS17 0FY

• Products must be returned complete with attachments, in their original packages, not damaged and not personalised.

• A valid purchase receipt must accompany your rerturned product. Without a valid receipt we cannot authorise a refund.

• We do not cover the cost of returning your product to us.

• Once we receive your product our returns team will inspect your product and inform our accounts team to issue a refund, who will initiate payment with 2-3 days. Please note that additional days may occur.

• Once we issue a refund please allow up to 10 business days for payment to appear in your original form of payment.

• We are unable to refund original shipping and handling charges.

• Refunds for returns apply to the price paid at the time of purchase.

• All refunds must include a completed TVI Returns Form that we will provide in advance of you returning your product.
